Here at Northern Martial Arts Academy in Sheffield, we offer martial arts, Ju-jitsu and self defence classes for children and adults in a safe, fun and friendly environment for beginners and advanced students.
For kids aged 4 to 6 years old, we have the Little Dragons programme. These sessions are based on games that will help children develop their motor skills, balance, endurance, flexibility, strength and coordination. They’ll have loads of fun too!
For older children and adults we have training programmes that can help build self-esteem, confidence and help you learn valuable self-defence skills. These programmes are also a fun way to get fit.
